Our Recruitment process is one which has proven to select the best talent within the IT industry.  Our processes explore logical, technical and cultural aspects of a person. Our Quality Certified Recruitment methodology has 3 stages.

  • A Behavioural and Cultural interview
  • A Technical interview
  • A Logical Reasoning test.
