The Recruitment Process


Our recruitment process is structured to maintain our standard of excellence and consists of the following stages:
  • Behavioural Interview. Undertaken with our Recruitment Team, you will be interviewed from the perspective of motivational, technical and cultural fit


  • Technical Interview. One of our experienced Software Consultants will meet with you to assess your level of technical skills, knowledge and experience
  • Aptitude/Ability Test
  • Reference checks from your previous employers. If required, we may also ask your permission to carry out a Criminal Record and a Worker Rights Status search
  • Receive an Offer
  • Accept and Start
  • Induction.
