Overview

Quality Endorsed logoAt DWS we have developed our own quality methodology called SpinnakerOne to support our business and service delivery. SpinnakerOne has aided our consultants since 1998 in project delivery and ensures that all work exceeds the high expectations of our customers. In addition to being AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Certified, SpinnakerOne draws upon many industry best practices and other methodologies such as CMMI, ITIL and PMI.

Offering

SpinnakerOne ensures that appropriate resources, capability and work practices are provided to service your needs in a systematic and controlled manner. It also covers all aspects of our business to ensure critical business functions are provided to support our service delivery. It aims to be 'simple yet sophisticated' providing our consultants with the necessary processes, templates, standards and guidelines to deliver a solution of the highest quality. SpinnakerOne is sophisticated enough to comprehensively support all of our service offerings yet simple enough to be used on the smallest of projects without imposing overhead.

We offer the use of SpinnakerOne free of charge for all projects. We also offer the methodology and associated templates free of charge for use by clients on their own projects. A number of our clients have already implemented SpinnakerOne for internal use.

Lifetime Warranty and Money-back Guarantee

SpinnakerOne frameworkIn addition to our money-back guarantee, DWS provides a lifetime warranty on all systems developed using SpinnakerOne. Although we encourage the use of SpinnakerOne we also work within your methodologies or framework. Being based on best practice you will find that SpinnakerOne is highly compatible with other methodologies and can be successfully integrated with these and your business policies, procedures and systems.
